HYBRID AVAILABLE: The Office of the University Registrar is dedicated to providing the highest levels of student, faculty, and staff service and maintaining the highest level of academic records integrity and security. The department is currently seeking a qualified Student Services Coordinator. The Student Services Coordinator will facilitate collaboration between the Office of the University Registrar and other members of the University community; review and maintain current internal and external communication strategies and develop solutions to minimize communication gaps; develop marketing and communication strategies for new products and initiatives. The position will also assist in the collection, analysis, and processing of student records updates using supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with University policies and procedures. Gaining knowledge of University policies and procedures is critical. Effective communication skills and strategies are necessary for engaging with University community members to promote usability of student systems; assisting in the content creation for and maintenance of public-facing information venues including social media, websites, and University-wide communication efforts; as well as responding to in-person, telephone, and email inquiries regarding student academic records and the interpretation of policies and procedures. A desire to teach and interact with others is imperative.


A baccalaureate degree and 1-2 years (required) in the fields of education, communications, marketing, advertising, or public relations is preferred.
