The Ft. Sill office assistant will assist with day-to-day activities. They will be responsible for:
The Ft. Sill office assistant will assist with day-to-day activities. They will be responsible for:
- Assist in identifying needs of walk-in students and prospects to make appropriate referral to campus team member.
- Assist students with navigating the CC website and answer questions about D2L and other resources.
- Assist students with navigating ArmyIgnitED.
- Answer telephone calls using courteous and professional manner. needed.
- Perform filing and data entry
- Assists with day-to-day clerical functions.
- Help with student appreciation and other events.
- Comply with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requirements as aligned with the University System of Columbia College.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Work Study Eligible.
- Must Complete FAFSA (Domestic Students)
- Enrolled/Attending at least half-time for regular semester sessions.
- Must not be on Financial Aid Suspension or Academic Suspension.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
