As our Store Manager, you will run the business as if it's your own. You have your parameters to stay in, but you will work with all departments, equipment customers, and employee owners. Your P&L will be your responsibility to drive the business and the employee owners to reach above the status quo. We are patient to find the right candidate to fit our culture and Guiding Principles as those are paramount in a successful business. Equipment background is great but not our #1 priority when hiring the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with store management a plus
  • Prior experience with P&L a plus
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize projects and deals simultaneously
  • Eager and able to create processes and structure where needed
