Job Summary:
We are seeking career minded individuals with focus, a great work ethic, enjoy changing course quickly, have effective written, verbal communications and MS Office skills, in addition to having a healthy dose of self-confidence and willingness to admit errors and learn from your mistakes!   • Process work from within email box(es) and/or other workflow queues for timely processing of incoming work in an effort to maintain departmental service standards.
  • Support multiple product lines using various systems while being able to stay up-to-date on any product line/system changes to continue to support the Underwriting teams without disruption to service.
  • Accurately process policies, endorsements, and policy-related documents in various policy administration and document imaging systems while maintaining or exceeding individual production and accuracy standards.
  • Research and process billing and/or system data corrections within multiple systems.
We are seeking anyone with
  • 1-2 years work experience preferred but not required;
  • Some college education or insurance experience preferred but not required;
  • Great MS Office skills;
  • Like to understand processes and enjoy suggesting process improvements;
  • Love a fast, energetic work environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and like to focus on accuracy;
  • Able to prioritize and adjust when things change;
  • Enjoy a team environment that celebrates their successes;
  • Ability to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch in our Woodland Hills, CA or Scottsdale, AZ offices. We enjoy a hybrid environment of three days in the office and two days work from home.
