We are looking for friendly service technicians to take care of our wonderful customers! Must be drug free and be able to pass a state background check. Must have a working smart phone, a good driving record, and be able to drive a stick shift. Routes run Mondays through Saturdays. 50+ hours now in a 5-6 day work week. 45+ hours with a 4-5 day work week after the busy summer season.
No experience necessary. We are willing to train. Pay is based on experience and licensing. Pay starts at $16.50/hour for apprentice techs, $17.50/hour for licensed techs, and $18.50/hour for termite licensed techs. Techs can receive great QUARTERLY RAISES! Techs will move up in pay rapidly when state pest exams are passed. Commissions also offered. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/401k offered.
We service San Antonio to Boerne, Canyon Lake to South Austin- both residential and commercial. We also do termite work. Again, termite license techs start at a higher hourly rate!

Requirements:- Experience in Pest Control preferred
- Must have a clean driving record
- Works well independently and with others
- High school diploma/GED
- Must pass a criminal background check and ongoing drug testing
- Must possess a great attitude and be dependable
- Consistent work history
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be able to work long hours if needed and work some Saturdays every month
- No prior experience required as the company will provide the necessary training
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence and be able to use an iPad (provided by the company)
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees
