Job Summary:
* Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
* 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday
* $45k - $49k Annual Salary + Bonus paid out quarterly.
* Staffing and/or Call Center experience required.
* Great phone etiquette needed for this role.
* Role is calling candidates that apply to our job postings and inviting them to new hire orientation in the respective state the job resides in and local to the candidate.
* Must be wiling and able to support daily expectations and hit the number of scheduled staff, as well as follow up with any no shows.
* Good computer skills are required as you will be using the phone system, our Applicant Tracking System, Sense, and other tools. We provide training as well.
