Compensation and Benefits:

• Weekly direct deposit as an employee of TLC

How it works:

• We offer opportunities that are Full and Part time!
• TLC contacts you with open babysitting jobs
• You take whichever shifts work for your schedule. (Like a Substitute Teacher)
• You decide if you want to work 20 hours per week or 40 + hours per week
• We pay you every Friday via Direct Deposit

Requirement Musts:

• 2+ years of child care experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your child care experience

• 2-3 Relevant professional child care references

• Have at least 2 full weekdays of availability, Monday through Friday
• Stellar communication skills
• An energetic happy flexible attitude
• CPR Certification (or willing to get)
• Driver’s License and car in most areas
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have at least 3 Monday through Friday
• - Be able to start as early as 7am or stay as late as 7pm, if needed - - You will know your schedule ahead of time
• Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, caregiver, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher.
• Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
• Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this Babysitter and Daycare Sitter program

If Hired:

• Must be able to provide legal work status in the US (Passport, SS card and/or Birth Certificate)
• Must have or willing to get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification within the next 2-4 days. ( We can help you obtain a class that is $37)
• Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best caregiver that you can be.
