Senior Manager, Supply Chain Project Management and Finance Lead
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation team, as Senior Manager, Supply Chain Project Management and Finance Lead. This role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer with strong business partnership support to the Executive VP of Global Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:
This role is critical within the Transformation Office and will work closely with the Supply Chain integration and leadership teams to provide analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for business decision making. The role will be responsible for synergy validation and tracking, financial forecasts, data management, and profitability analysis. To be successful in this role, an individual will have an in-depth knowledge of developing business models, reporting tools and be able to present findings to a diverse customer base.
In this role, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing various Supply Chain integration project teams, projects, data and timelines through collaboration with cross-functional teams within the organization. This day-to-day support and execution will serve to deliver business decisions that will positively affect Mativ’s future growth and transformation activities.
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze financial information and provide detailed reports with KPI’s to support the integration team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the financial forecasting and budgets across business; provide monthly tracking and analysis on progress toward achieving synergy targets.
  • Analyze historical and future performance to provide recommendations on areas to consolidate and impact decisions.
  • Provide monthly cost tracking and insights, including recommendations on future spend and synergy opportunities.
  • Prepare and provide financial analytics for use in financial reporting and leadership team meetings.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance partners to gather data across the organization and compile into integration materials.
  • Manage integration projects across teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation and communication of business decisions
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, identify and track important decisions, establish and manage to timeline
  • Serve as Transformation Office liaison and report out key decisions and milestones by project
  • Create project materials and presentations to facilitate updates, timelines and report outs by project
  • Maintain product data accuracy through project management tool, tracking tools and other systems used throughout specific projects
  • Support business analysis and reviews
  • Manage other projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or another Business-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a Finance, Consulting or Business Analytics role
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L analysis and presenting findings to executive level audience
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge with business modeling and forecasting to support decisions and build business case
  • Demonstrate a very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple project types with varying scope and complexity
  • Ability to collaborate within a matrixed organization while managing multiple projects
  • Ability to capture and synchronize data from multiple unrelated sources
  • Ability to present findings to diverse and audiences

Preferred

  • Manufacturing industry experience with an international organization
  • Proven project management skills
  • Consulting or transformation experience a plus
