Starting Pay Range: $60,800 - $85,000

Financial Analyst within the Finance Department. This role will deliver financial analysis for our Colorado platform that is focused on providing value added analytics on business performance
Job Highlights:
- Assist in calculation and analysis of the divisional revenue
- Prepare various monthly managerial, operational, and ad hoc reporting including performance analysis by facility, provider, and service line
- Analyze Monthly Operating Report (MOR) as it relates to revenue, payer trends, headcount, and expenses
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of the annual budget and on-going forecasting
- Proactively analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement / best practice
- Prepare productivity analyses utilizing our EMR database
Qualifications

Qualifications:
- High proficiency in business analytics with demonstrated ability to draw conclusions from the data
- Proficiency in financial reporting and PowerPoint for preparing financial packages and presentations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or other reporting applications – i.e., lookups, Pivot Tables, nested logic functions, etc.
- Knowledge of Workday, Power BI and Adaptive is preferred
- High proficiency in written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians, and external customers
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously in a high production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related area required
