In order to support our business, we are looking for an Sr. SQA Test Engineer.

Position Summary:

Responsible for delivering quality and well-tested software applications into production.

Own the SQA process through all stages of software development by gathering test requirements, writing and executing tests, monitoring test progress, reporting regular status update, logging defects, tracking and verifying defect fixes, retesting and releasing application to production.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while working on both hardware and software products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and understand requirements, develop a test strategy to effectively verify the requirements, develop high-level test scenarios and translate test scenarios into test scripts
• Work independently with cross functional teams
• Develop and lead the software system testing process and documentation
• Own the SQA role through all stages of software development by gathering test requirements, writing and executing tests, monitoring test progress, reporting status, logging defects, tracking and verifying defect fixes, retesting and releasing to production.

We are looking for a high energy, innovative self-starter who has:

• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
• Experience designing and developing test plan and test cases
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SQA process
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Report & Tracking tools i.e. Microsoft Azure DevOps, TFS and MTM
• Understanding of one or more programming languages
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

Further Consideration to those who have:

• Experience with Industrial Applications verification and validation
• Experience in Driver testing or Product testing
• Understanding of one or more programming languages
• ISTQB – Foundation Level

Location:
This role is based out of our Lawrenceville, New Jersey headquarters, and you must be within a commutable distance.
