We areseeking a dedicated and skilled school based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lovington, NM. This is a full-time position that offers competitive wages and excellent company benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide guidance and training to support staff and parents
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with children and adolescents with speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
