Theracare Pediatric Services is a leader in the disability space and is currently hiring for SLPA's throughout the state of Arizona.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed SLPA in the state of Arizona.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Compensation Package:
- SLPA/L Rate: $58.00 base to $90.00.
- Production Bonus: 350.00.*
- $2000.00 Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly, once caseload met).
- $1000.00 Referral Bonuses.
- 5-year bonus: $2000.00.*
- 10-year bonus: $4000.00.*
- FREE CEU's offered on a quarterly basis.
- Team Huddles in different parts of the state.

- All bonuses are paid out contingent to minimum consistent caseload of 16 treatments per week during the initial sign on bonus, and at least 1 year following the bonus pay out date. All other bonuses are contingent on therapist providing at least 16 treatments per week on a consistent basis.
