Jalan Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Supervisor with strong organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and a can-do spirit. The ideal candidate will have management, sales, and customer service skills, preferably in a spa, fitness, medical, hotel, or restaurant environment.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associates degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience required, preferably in business or hospitality.
• Minimum 1-2 years of managing a team of 10 or more people
• Minimum of 1-2 years sales and customer service skills required.
• Responsible for overseeing daily aspects of the guest experience.
• Work closely with Spa Manager to carry out daily operations (i.e., inventory, ordering, retail, scheduling, time clocks, POS)
• Interview, hire, train, manage, and evaluate performance of guest service staff.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
