Sous Chef- 12HR 7a-7pm F/S/S Job at Cedar Oaks Wellness Center
- Maintain a clean work space at all times
- Follow the menu and work with the Executive Chef to maintain a high quality product
- Follow par levels for fluctuating client enrollment
- Label and date all products to insure our quality standards
- Communicate any issues with equipment or products to the Executive Chef
- Communicate any dietary restrictions of incoming clients to the Executive Chef during your shifts
- Communicate any shortages of products during your shift
- Execute all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning projects during your shift to maintain a clean work space
- Maintain temperature logs of equipment and food during your shifts
- Maintain a proper product rotation during your shifts to insure F.I.F.O procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
