Role Objective:
Support the Solutions Operation team in administering and delivering a 99.9%+ reliable technical platform and deliver communications delight to SureTech solutions users.
Detail oriented, Task-driven with great documentation writing and schedule management skills
Carry out and continually improve technical service maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades procedures to SureTech solutions.
Maintain succinct, clear, prompt and friendly documentation as you work

Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office Apps and Server OS
Technical installation, configuration and support for SureTech customer IT assets including:
- Windows PCs and Servers
- Macintosh
- mobile devices
- MFC/Scanners/Printers
- Networking Equipment/Routers/Switches/AccessPoints
After hours and weekend project or emergency work when needed
Self-starter who delivers with minimal direction
Deliver business results, personal objectives and customer satisfaction with an eye to increasing supporting team, company and your personal growth and success
