This position is 100% commission. You will potentially spend hundreds in gas and travel before your first paycheck. You will be expected to show up to your appointments professionally dressed and on-time as a representative of American Energy & Construction. We will provide comprehensive training and be available to help with any questions or designs in real-time. Whether or not the client becomes a customer with us, you will leave them better informed to make the educated choice to go solar in the future. Following-up is always necessary.

So, if you were to write a deal today, it will take approximately 6 weeks to get paid. 100% of your commission is paid the following Friday after installation.

Everyone needs electricity. Everyone pays an electric bill.

If you're going to pay an electric bill until you move or die, wouldn't you like to know exactly what it's going to be each month, every month?

Wouldn't you like to be able to budget for the electric bill and have the same price for the next 25 years? *If you sell the house or pass away before 25 years the solar is seamlessly transferred to the new homeowner and now they receive a fixed electric bill which is less than the utility company and finish out the term.

Solar and net-metering allow homeowners to produce their own electricity, and receive credits for any excess power sent to the grid. The excess energy is sent to the grid and measured in kilowatt hours with a bidirectional meter that is provided by the utility company after the solar installation. We can also add energy efficiency items such as tankless water heaters, extra insulation, variable-speed pool pump, etc to reduce their overall energy consumption.

In addition to solar, we're strategically partnered with national and local companies to provide major home-improvements such as a new roof, windows and doors, new AC, as well as Insulation, Tankless Heaters, and other energy efficient items. - All under the same 100% financing. So still $0 out-of-pocket to the customer, allowing for them to have a fixed monthly bill that replaces most or all of their current electric bill and saves thousands in upfront costs and tens of thousands over time.

All position requires a well-organized, self-driven sales professional with the ambition and grit to take advantage of this "Solar gold rush." You'll be expected to self-generate leads and qualified closers will be given opportunities with our call-center's pre-set appointments. This will be explained to all, but If you've sold solar before, you'll understand the redline is $2.40 for self-gen and $2.70 for pre-set appointments from our call center. We pay $1000 to clients for referrals. You'll also get $.02/W in perpetuity for anyone you refer to be onboarded to join the team while your with the team.
