RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Solar Project Manager in Juno Beach, Florida (FL).

Responsibilities include:

• Solar Project Manager duties include the critical project management coordination of matrixed teams to ensure resources are focused on the right early-stage activities, and to ensure projects moving to the stage of development can be turned over to the field team with an executable plan (including schedule, budget, risks, and mitigations, etc.)
• Development of the project's technical scope, performing due diligence on requirements from a design standpoint, coordinating engineering and procurement teams, and permitting
• Solar Project Manager works on the development support, scheduling, leading certain engineering, and equipment procurement activities
• Supporting the cost estimating team with assumptions and delivering financial model inputs to the respective business unit, briefing the various levels of management on a project's progress, issues, and risk mitigation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or focused experience in power systems and project development)
• Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and organized

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
