The solar industry is growing and we are looking to help homeowners switch to renewable energy. Our sales team are looking to build upon recent successes and hire highly ambitious sales representatives to make our team stronger. We’ve succeeded in one of the country’s most competitive solar markets by providing our clients with the best high products, quickest installations, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Sale of Residential Solar and Battery Systems
  • Follow up with and qualify all assigned leads
  • Prepare and generate proposals based on customer site conditions and electrical usage
  • Present to customer their options in equipment and financing
  • Maintain effective follow up and utilize company CRM
  • Complete contract documents and hand-off materials for sold jobs
  • Represent Solar Technologies as a solar expert and provide white glove service and support

Experience:

  • Business to Consumer sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experienced and comfortable prospecting and building relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Construction knowledge or ability to learn a technical product
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle (we provide mileage reimbursement)
