PeopleTec is currently seeking a
Software Engineer to support our
Redstone Arsenal, AL location. This individual will be a member of a team of engineers assisting with developing MOSA guidance for the PEO AVN Enterprise.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience :
- At least 12 years of relevant software experience
- Utilization experience with at least one of the following Real Time Operating Systems: Wind River's VxWorks 653, Lynx LynxOS 178 AND/OR Greenhill's 178.
- Familiarity with real-time safety, critical, embedded systems software development environments / tool chains.
- Travel: 10% or less
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements :
- Computer Science or other relevant STEM degree
Desired Skills :
- Experience with architecting, designing, or supporting the development of a software system for real-time, safe, secure, embedded systems.
- Familiarity with the Army Airworthiness Process.
- Working knowledge of the DoDAF.
- Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) Technical Standard (TS) v2.1-v3.1
- DO-297 Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA)
- ARINC-661
- Familiarity with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and Dassault System's MagicDraw MBSE tool.
