Social Services Assistant Job at Brentwood Health Care Center
Brentwood Health Care Center is the premier skilled nursing facility located in Santa Monica, CA. Brentwood is currently looking for a motivated and organized social services assistant to assist the facility in the social work duties and efforts of the facility.
Job duties would include but not limited to :
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the social service programs of this facility.
- Participate in community planning related to the interests of the facility and the services and needs of the resident and family.
- Involve the resident/family in planning social service programs when possible.
- Assist in arranging transportation to other facilities when necessary.
- Maintain a quality working relationship with the medical profession and other health related facilities and organizations.
Experience is not needed but encouraged. The facility will provide orientation and training. Please apply by submitted resume on Indeed.
