Position Description: *

• Full-time management of all social media platforms to align with the marketing strategy and EGID brand
• Develop and manage content and engagement for all social media channels (IG, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, You Tube, TikTok). This includes:
• Tag, caption, and hashtag all social media posts for all platforms
• Oversee responses for direct messages
• Like, comment, and follow key IG accounts
• Story content and posts

• Support paid advertising on all social media channels. This could include ads or boosted posts
• Support and manage integration of social media and blog posts
• Attend job sites to take photos of projects in process

• Support key marketing initiatives and internal projects
• Support and Report on CRM
• Support the planning and execution of EGID events and campaigns, which may include:
• Charity Events
• Events and Contests

• Distribute company announcements and industry updates to existing client base as needed
• Provide administrative support for EGID advertising
• Provide website updates as needed which may include:
• Portfolio updates/ changes
• Photography updates
• Content changes

• Manage the installation and deinstallation of company signs on project sites as needed
• Schedule and Support Photo shoot process
• Support the development of printed marketing material, which may include coordination with graphic designers or other 3rd party professionals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Social Media
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel proficiency is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Elements, Illustrator, InDesign)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel occasionally
• Must be able to handle loads up to 10lbs., sometimes up to 20lbs
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work at offsite locations
