Do you see the “big picture” … and not lose sight of the critical details? Synopsys is looking for an experienced social media manager to join our growing Enterprise Brand and Communications team.


We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to help take our social media program to the next level, managing campaigns across Synopsys in support of corporate activities and different vertical markets, such as AI, Cloud, Memory, etc. This candidate will develop impactful brand awareness, thought leadership and product-driven social media campaigns guided by industry best practices and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience building social media strategies that support an industry-leading organization, executing organic and paid campaigns, managing online communities and understanding the best technologies/platforms available. The candidate will also bring expertise that aligns with media, influencers, and internal communications. They will be able to advise key stakeholders and senior executives on opportunities that arise and anticipate issues before they happen through social listening and monitoring.


As a part of the Enterprise Brand and Communications team, you will partner and work cross-functionally with members across the organization, supporting both products and solutions, employee communications, human resources, legal, government affairs, corporate staff, and others to execute social media campaigns as part of our integrated communications approach. This role will report to the head of social media programs.


Required Skills:


  • 5+ years of social and digital media communications experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, communications, or marketing

  • Proven program/project management skills along with an aptitude to work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams

  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills

  • A high-energy self-starter who can work autonomously and align matrixed organizations

  • Meticulously organized with a passion for the details

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Experience overseeing social channels and communities across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook

  • Knowledge of industry tools and platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr and Sprout

  • Confidence managing and executing global campaigns

  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (AEM) is a plus

  • This role is hybrid

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $79,000 to $138,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
