First Title & Escrow an innovative and growing Title & Escrow company based in Rockville, MD with offices around the country is looking for a Social Media Specialist that can develop and maintain the company’s social media presence and build messaging through email campaign development incorporating the use of video as well. As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to establish social media strategies that generate inbound leads, increase system awareness, drive customer engagement, email campaigns, and enhance our organization’s image using various social media platforms

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate social media - must have experience in this area
- Build databases for direct mail/email campaigns
- Create all marketing materials
- Support sales organization s
- Developing content for various social media platforms and channels
- Writing blogs, managing posting activity, and responding to followers.
- Analyzing metrics and reporting them to the President and COO.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have working experience with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Publisher
- Experience working with InDesign and Adobe Design Suite
- Experience working with CRM a plus
- Must be a quick learner
- Must be a team-oriented person that likes working with other people
