Snowsports Sales Admin Job at Boreal Ridge Corporation
As a member of the Snowsports sales team, you will be responsible for assisting guests with our ski and snowboard products. A comprehensive understanding of the ski and snowboard lessons and products we offer is an essentialfunction in this role. Strong POS skills and basic computer knowledge are preferred. General knowledge of the mountainterrain and lifts is preferred with training available. Snowsports Sales staff work indoors in a high business volume environment and must havethe ability to work well with the public on a constant basis, sometimes under stressful conditions, showing confidence in theselling of our products.

The Deets:
While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as the Snowsports Sales Admin:
- Provides an excellent level of service for our guests.
- Manages transactions with our guests using RTP.
- Understands Resort offerings, operating procedures, protocols, and best practices in comprehensive detail
- Collaborates with Mountain Services and the marketing team to be up to date on all resort information and offerings.
- Understand Snowsports levels of each discipline
- Ability to assist in all phases of all the Snowsports Programs
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision, being a self-starter with excellent knowledge of all categories pertaining to Mountain Services

- Able to pick up systems quickly
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Available to work weekends and holidays
