As a Snowsports Discovery Center Customer Service Specialist, you are the face of the Mohawk Staff, the first person a new or returning customer will be interacting with. Customer Service Specialist take pride in being fully knowledgeable of all services Mohawk and the SDC provides and being able to synthesize this information to help customers make the best purchasing decisions.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Must be able to maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition in high-stress situations.
Be able to multi-task and decisively solve problems under pressure.
Greet customers in a pleasant manner.
Be knowledgeable of all Mohawk practices and explain them to novice customers.
Cashiering duties, responsible for balancing drawer.
Utilize computerized systems to deliver fast and efficient service to customers.
Provide customers with information to make the best purchasing decision.
Provide customers with quality customer service experience.
Be able to handle multiple phone lines.
