We are searching for an enthusiastic, career-minded sales professional to assist our customers in our small electronics department.

- Responsible for determining customer needs within our small electronics department including working with Apple products, wireless phones, tablets, camcorders, digital cameras and more.
- Greet customers that enter the department in a friendly manner.

Stay up to date on products and features by engaging in new product reviews and educating others.

Change the security of displays and tag merchandise when appropriate.

Engaging in cashiering duties including opening credit applications, preparing the cash drawer, completing balance sheets on closing shifts, facilitating returns/exchanges/price matching, and verifying contents of products during returns.

Maintaining reports and following up with customers.

Make sure customers find their desired product and leave with having had a good experience in our store.

All other duties as assigned.
- Experience in sales and working with electronics is a plus.
- Experience in cashiering.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Able to reach company sales standards.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:
We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
