St. Barnabas is hiring Skilled Registered Nurses for Daylight Shift!

Essential Duties as a Skilled Registered Nurse (RN):

• Collects complete and ongoing data to determine nursing needs
• Analyzes the health status of the individuals and families; compares the data with norms
• Carries out nursing care actions which promote, maintain, and restore the well-being of individuals
• Involves individuals and their families in their health promotion, maintenance, and restoration
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the quality of nursing care provided
• Administers medicine and treatments ordered for the patient and document medication/treatment given
• Participate in planning, implementing, evaluating, and revising resident care plans

Qualifications as Skilled Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed in the Commonwealth of PA
• Dedicated to providing quality care
• Maintained CPR certification per policy
• 1 year working as an RN
• 1-2 years Home Health Experience
