The* Ski & Ride Kids Indoor Staff* are responsible for looking after, entertaining and engaging children (ages 4-12) that are not skiing or riding in a meaningful, interactive and educational program that enhances skiing/ride skills during indoor lesson time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)

• Makes sure instructors are aware of children’s allergies/physical ailments.
• Makes sure children are signed in and out by parents.
• Makes sure parents are aware of severe weather issues.
• Changes soiled clothing (no diaper changing) and assists with toileting.
• Comforts children with separation anxiety and locates parents if necessary.
• Finds lost items; children’s or instructor’s.
• Keeps accurate lunch counts, orders lunches, picks up lunches from stateside cafeteria, and serves lunches.
• Keeps children active and having fun when they are indoors from their lesson.
• Checks food and drink supplies and re-orders as necessary.
• Keeps indoor lesson areas clean and organized by washing down tables, cleaning cubbies, picking up toys, end of day clean-up, vacuuming, etc.
• Files and makes copies of forms that are needed.
• Gives customer information or directions to other Jay Peak facilities.
