SITE MANAGER needed for Lumberton area apartment sites, tax-credit experience preferred. Pay is $15-$19 per hour, 40 hours per week. Candidate must be organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills and transportation, a “can do” attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public. Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record-keeping, management operations of the property, problem solving, and other administrative duties. Credit, background check, and drug test required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
