MDS Nurse completes resident assessments and coordinates participation of other health care professions in the completion of resident assessments in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, and certification guidelines and regulations that govern our facility. The MDS Coordinator coordinates the RAI process assuring the timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, CAAs, and Interdisciplinary Care.
