Job Description

Looking for a Shop Technician/Wireman that will become an integral part of our manufacturing team. Responsible for assisting in the design to build aspects of a diverse line of assembly line process equipment manufactured by Serv-I-Quip, Inc.

Someone that wants to be involved in projects, has both a mechanical and electrical aptitude and is looking for an opportunity to develop their skills within a varied production setting. Willing to develop alongside our experienced team who have over 30 years of experience in this area.

Specific job components may include:

• Various assembly jobs using basic hand tools and power tools
• Reading prints and/or specifications required to complete established assembly methods
• Panel wiring and equipment build to UL certification level
• Electrical wiring, crimping, soldering, and wire harness assembly
• Other duties in support of equipment build projects

Job Requirements/Skills/Experience

Good electrical aptitude, panel wiring experience and ability to read wiring schematics

Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus and remain attentive

Willingness and ability to handle a variety of tasks and operate as part of a team

Willingness to work overtime and occassional travel to customer sites if required

Valid Driver's License

Salary info:

$22 - $28 / hr
