Shop Technician (Bobcat-trained)

Field positions will also be considered.
Duties:
- Provide top-notch service
- Diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery
- Read and understand machine schematics
- Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion
- Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol
- Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
- The complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance
Conditions:
- Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions and loud noises
- Requires sitting, ladder climbing, overhead reaching, balancing, kneeling, and crawling
- Frequent standing, walking, stair climbing, stooping, and firm grasping
- Constant forward-reaching and simple grasping
- Push / pull up to 50 lbs. force
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction/agriculture equipment experience, preferably on Bobcat, working on all aspects of repairs from welding/fabrication to electronics and engine diagnostics
- Must have own tools, valid driver’s license, and able to pass a background and drug check
- Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, and driven
- Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to read schematics (both hydraulic and electrical)
- Ability to attend company and product training for advancements in career
