Title: Shipping and Receiving Operator
Location: Kankakee, IL
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 3rd shift
Overview: This position is responsible for the pulling, packing and shipping of orders for truck and parcel, requiring the preparation of shipping documents in SAP, labeling for label on demand products, and proper labeling of hazardous materials.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Pick, pack, ship orders for Truck, Fed-X / UPS Ground and Air
- Preparation of shipping documents in SAP
- Product labeling for label on demand items
- Complete shipper’s declaration of D/G prepare D/G B.O.L.’s
- Complete shippers’ letter of instructions, pro-forma invoices
- Stock up / stock organization using computerized Locator System
- Load and unload trucks
- Keep work area clean and supplies stocked
- Adhere to all company quality, environmental, departmental and safety policies
- Eventually participate in cross-training of other departmental duties

Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds on a routine basis and stand on feet for long periods of time.
