Shipping and Receiving Job at RTS Companies Inc.
Principal Responsibilities
To load and unload goods and distribute them to their proper location.
Primary Job Functions:
- Load and unload trucks as directed by the supervisor in a safe and efficient manner.
- Store received products in proper locations as defined by supervisor.
- Verify condition and quantities of received materials.Secondary Job Functions:

- Maintain a clean , orderly and safe warehouse.
- Complete all assigned duties as requested
Commitment to Safety
Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and follow all safety related work practices creating a safe environment.
Commitment to ISO System
Demonstrate an understanding of the company's Quality Policy Statement and follow ISO procedures and documentation.
Knowledge and Skills
This position requires an ability to communicate both orally and written with teammates. Previous tow motor experience is required.
Education and Specific Training
Ability to read orders. Should have minimal computer skills and knowledge.
Contacts Reasons
Hourly Employees Work with to assure that molds are properly hung, repaired and stored.
Truck Drivers Communicate with truck drivers and assisting to assure products are received and shipped.

- On time deliveries

- Efficiencies
- Number of shipping-related non-conformances reported by customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
