We are looking to hire a Shift Supervisor at our Brighton, CO location

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

Manage all aspects of the production and maintenance function to ensure timely production of high-quality products in a cost efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role

Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize and attention to detail required. Basic chemical knowledge and experience with construction chemicals is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to participate as a team member also needed. Ability to supervise/manage in a fashion that is consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.

Five or more years supervision/management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills, experience with inventory management and management of preventative maintenance is a must while working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

  Ability to push, pull and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Requires an Associate degree or equivalent years of experience
• Plan and direct all production activity, provide periodic production reports
• Ensure timeliness of product manufacturing and delivery to meet order demand, production quality and const constraints
• Prioritize the maintenance department personnel to avoid down time
• Communicates all production demand and safety initiatives daily at the beginning of shift
• Maintains employee Performance Management Process and communicates results with management and employees
• Helps maintain appropriate product, raw materials and parts inventories
• Manage capital improvements within prescribed budgetary constraints
• Salary Range is $80,000 - $90,000
