Glass Setter- 2nd Shift Incentive Pay
Overview: We're looking for an Glass Setter to be able to read a label, lift and carry insulated glass (IG) units to the Glazing Line and safely match the correct IG inside the correct frame/sash
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely perform repetitive motion of lifting and setting I
- Confirm that Batch:Bin:Window number matches frame/sash to IG
- Properly seat IG tight to glue seal within 90 of glue placement
SKILLS:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs alone or 40 lbs with help
- Safety conscious
- Hand flexibility and strength
QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)
- Confirm IG is free of scratches, chips or cracks
- Frame/sash and IG are square
- No gaps between face of IG and glued face of frame/sash
Pay: $16-$18 depending on experience
Paid weekly and paid training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
