Job Purpose:

The Servicing Financial Analyst, reporting to Director of servicing will assist and/or lead multiple mortgage servicing activities. Including internal communications, writing, and updating of policies and procedures, reconciliation of servicing monies and responding to borrower and staff servicing inquiries.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with borrower and internal questions via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assist with writing and updating of servicing policies and procedures.

• Assist in the review of monthly reporting and investor accounting data including reconciliations.

• Provide input into company servicing practices.

• Manage servicing related projects.

• Represent servicing team in both internal and external situations.

• Perform other servicing related activities deemed necessary by Servicing Director.

Qualifications:

• Previous work in the financial industry.

• HS diploma, college degree preferred

• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.

• Well-developed written and oral communications skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a deadline intensive environment.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaboration.

• Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment.

• Problem solving skills as well as flexibility and adaptability are of key importance.

• Strong communication skills with both internal and external partners
