Description: ATI Solutions is a fast growing innovative technology company with an immediate opening for a Service Technician. The primary responsibility for this position will be to create, install, trouble shoot and repair agricultural precision technology systems and spray equipment systems for customers at farm locations and in a shop setting.
Duties:

Install, calibrate and service GPS based automated steering controllers

Install, calibrate and service GPS based automatic application controls including Sprayers, Grain Drills, Precision Planters, etc

Setup and service of light ATV sprayers for use in both Orchard and broad acre applications

Setting up data links between equipment

Training end user on equipment operations

Travel to and from customer locations

Work with our Precision Ag Specialist to resolve issues and to stay on schedule

Engage in a team based environment and be willing to act and think independently

Perform regular general maintenance of vehicles and equipment

Complete paper work as needed before and after every project

Communicate with customers about equipment and service needs

Report to work daily at 7am (M-F)

Meet strict deadlines and follow schedules closely
Required:

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
-
Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime as needed

Travel long distances (occasional overnights)

Attend vendor training sessions (out of state)

Strong communication and organization skills
Desired skills/experience: The ideal candidate will have experience with and a working knowledge of GPS automated steering systems, automated spray controllers and other aspects of precision agriculture. 2 years of experience in a related field and/or a minimum of a 2 year college degree or higher preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic mechanics and experience with various farm software systems and farm machinery preferred. Strong computer skills. Must be a fast learner, reliable, energetic, have detailed work ethic, and be adaptable to a growing and changing work environment.
Compensation: $12-18/hr DOE, benefits including paid Holidays, PTO, Health/Dental coverage and 401k after initial probationary period.
