As a Service Technician for our Commercial Roofing Division you will be responsible for performing repair work required in the maintenance and construction of various projects assigned by Commercial Operations.

TWO LOCATIONS:

1. West Coast of Florida - example, Naples, Fort Meyers, and Venice areas

2. South Florida - example, Miami, Boca Raton, and Ft. Lauderdale areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive work orders for the job.
• Determine material requirements and tools or equipment needed to perform the job.
• Organize work for smooth operations.
• Perform work needed to ensure proper quality levels for the project are met and the customer is satisfied.
• Ensure that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.
• Provide updates of progress to the Commercial Service Field Manager on a daily basis or upon completion, whichever occurs first.
• Responsible for all processes, equipment, safety, and housekeeping of the work area and meeting production quality and quantity standards on the job.
• Ensure that work is completed within time allotted by the Commercial Service Field Manager.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Minimum of 2 year experience with commercial construction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record necessary to travel to different worksites and transport materials for the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Physical strength to lift and move packages of materials that may weigh up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in warm climates.
