Responsibilities:
A qualified candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to doing the following:
- Welcoming customers to Meyer Ace Hardware and determining their needs by asking questions
- Assisting customers with parts lookup and ordering
- Answering phones for Service and Rental
- Assisting with service job check-ins and check-outs
- Assisting with tool rental customers
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Enjoy working with members of the community daily to help them with their needs
- Invest yourself in the success of the store
- Comfortable operating a computer
- Able to accurately count money
- Good phone/verbal communication skills
- Able to lift heavy items on a regular basis
- Able to multi-task
- Exceed customers’ expectations every time
- Ability to work weekends, opening and closing shifts (7:30am-6:00pm)
