Service Manager Job at Winters Recreation
Summary:
Develop and operate the Service Department with internal and external customer service, preparing estimates, purchasing parts, technical service coordination and customer follow-ups.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate Service & Inventory Software
- Provide guidance and support for customer phone calls and walk-ins
- Service scheduling: basic tune-ups, oil changes, battery maintenance and sales, etc.
- Generating accurate estimates, quotes and follow-up
- Purchasing parts needed
- Remote trouble shooting of product matters; including, electric and gas operations
- Chassis or body damage repairs or upgrades
- Quality control support
- Sales support
- Monitoring the development of the department growth
- Analyzing departmental and cross function efficiencies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work well independently and as a team
- Advanced computer knowledge
- Mechanical knowledge
Credentials and Experience:
- School graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of related work experience
