We offer a wide variety of products including Motorcycles, Boats, ATV’s, Lawn Mowers, Tractors, Power Lawn Tools, Watercraft and more. We are looking to grow the Service Department and are looking to hire a motivated Service Manager capable of accomplishing this. The right candidate for this position will have strong leadership & communication skills, can multi-task, and is self-motivated. What you will do:

• Oversee the activities of the Service Department to ensure efficient and profitable operation.
• Hire and train the correct number of personnel on duty for hours of operation.
• Deliver customers a quick and friendly greeting with the best experience possible.
• Complete end-of-day reporting procedures.
• Follow and enforce all dealership policies.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.

What qualifications you must have:

• Previous automotive or Powersports management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven leadership qualities.
• Possess Necessary Computer Skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
