We are a leading home services provider and due to our continued growth we are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to serve as a Service Dispatch Admin.

As a Service Dispatch Admin, you will be the person our customers rely on to get service when they need it! You will prepare records and distribute work orders to Service Technicians in response to customer requests using our scheduling and mapping technology. Specific duties include:

  • Gather/submit/follow up on all warranty claims
  • Gather/submit/follow up of rebate information
  • Gather/submit/follow up of Tank Sure Reimbursement claims
  • Speak with Customers to review Service Work needed/performed/invoiced
  • Collect and process customer payments
  • Service Dispatching
  • Provide Service Billing backup
  • Any other related duties as requested by Management.

As a Service Dispatch Admin, you must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.

Specific qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 -2 years prior dispatch experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service setting a plus
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Web navigation

Schedule:

11: 00 - 7:30pm,

Weekends as needed.
