Provides day-to-day management, guidance and direction to deliver HR back office services. Implements processes for providing HR services processing, standardization, and metrics reporting as defined. Implements processes for measuring and analyzing performance of HR business drivers and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Will serve as key contact for standardization efforts in the core HR system. Collaborates with other HR teams to deliver HR back office services and to build a high-performing team. Creates and builds a team that is focused on delivering results by providing effective coaching and by driving and maintaining employee engagement. Provides orientation and training to team members.Job Description:

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business Administration or related healthcare field or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Must have well established concept of the contemporary definition of human resources management.
Knowledge of shared services center / contact center operations and associated human resource issues and solutions desired.
Leadership and management skills
Requires questioning and feedback skills and solid project and time management skills.
Ability to oversee day-to-day team activities to ensure that customer priorities are met.
Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with tact and diplomacy to influence others.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
Listening skills and ability to coach employees to achieve positive behavioral changes.
Ability to coordinate with other human resources teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Ability to analyze data, identify information trends and determine solutions.
Ability to identify concerns before they become problems, and to propose solutions to the concerns.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and adaptability to changing priorities and working with multiple customers.
Ability to research and resolve complex issues in a reasonable timeframe.
Ability to navigate learning management systems to perform analysis and generate reports as needed.
Requires training and meeting facilitation skills.
Requires the ability to use SharePoint and the web.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and learning management systems, preferably HealthStream.
Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Pay Range: $55.42 - $83.13 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
