Mid-Atlantic Service 360º is NJ's premier commercial/industrial HVAC, Plumbing and Control's service provider! We are currently seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. They support the service emergency response team, dispatching, account management, and rapid repair division. We are in need of a dynamic person with a personality to fit into our great work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Office Duties that support all aspects of the day to day for the Service department
• Creating, dispatching, and pricing work orders
• Issuing purchase orders and material logistics
• Parts pricing and sourcing
• Technician back-office support
• Exceptional phone skills and customer service to assist with customer relations
• Follow direction and complete tasks independently
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Maintains high organizational expectations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and buzz words
• Prior Office Assistant experience in construction or mechanical contracting office
• Working Knowledge of office equipment (printer/fax/scan)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Well organized
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
• Must be able to multitask
• Positive attitude - flexible team player that does not mind interruptions

EXPERIENCE:

• Associates Degree or 3 - 4 years’ experience working in a fast-paced construction environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
