Rexco Equipment is searching for a Service Advisor in our Davenport location. If you have strong organization skills and can build loyalty through service, we want to hear from you!

As our Service Advisor, you will send quotes with pictures to customers for approval on repair work using Modern, our online customer relations management tool. Your techs will send parts orders to our Parts Department using Modern also. Our customers appreciate the quick and easy communication via text or email. You schedule the technicians in the shop with our scheduling assistant in our business system allowing the techs to view at a glance their next job and keep them efficient in the shop. You will open and close work orders and forecast your sales weekly at our Branch Huddles. Our advisors are key to the success of our service department. We will teach you about your department so you can make good decisions and will understand how what you do affects your numbers.

You will need to juggle multiple projects at once and must be able to stay organized. You will need to be a great communicator who does not shy away from telling our customer the good and the bad news on their equipment and can build good working relationships with our Service Techs.
