Experience: Must have 2+ Years experience at a High-Volume / Upscale Casual Restaurant.

We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who are passionate about people, the restaurant business and about providing unforgettable experiences for those people.

Our Front of House team are the makers of The Farm Italy experience! They are excited to make a guest’s day better or uplift an already great one. They are full of a unique energy and a passion for warm hospitality. They are enthusiastic about the vibrant cuisine, cocktails and the little touches that are unique to The Farm Italy experience.

The Farm Italy Servers & Bartenders are:

• Outgoing, energetic and have excellent people skills
• Passionate about providing ALL people with the best experience possible and have a love for making someones day exceptional
• Able to listen and communicate effectively with patrons & other restaurant team members
• Able to perform calmly and effectively under pressure
• Maintain a consistently smooth-running operation on the floor.
• Able to stand on your feet and move for an entire shift!
• Able to abide by The Farm Italy & Health Department required and recommended safety measures in the workplace.

The Farm Italy Bartenders [are also / are able to]:

• Maintain a consistently smooth-running operation behind the bar
• Fully understand all food & beverage menu items as well as preparation methods, descriptions, pricing and various other background & specialty information relating to the restaurant and the menus
• Accountable for all transactions involving beverages & food items during their shift
• Complete all restaurant financial requirements for servers at opening, during and at the end of their shift.
