Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:

• Outlet: Park City - Golf
• Expected Pay Range: $12.00 / hour + tips
  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips.
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine food service tasks as necessary (serve slices pizza, scoop ice cream, etc)
• Input orders and Complete Sales on a POS system.
• Perform barista duties as necessary.
• If over 21 must have Alcohol Service Certificate to serve beer and wine
• Utah State Food Handler’s Training Required
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.
• Present oneself professionally, and demonstrate clear communication with customers and team members.
• Take initiative to learn and improve position.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• High School education - required.
• At least one year of relevant experience - preferred.
• Previous barista experience - preferred.
• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
• Ability to perform job duties; good manual dexterity.
• Ability to deal with customers courteously and efficiently.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
