Join our team at Little Cat Lodge, an all-season getaway nestled in an idyllic natural setting at the base of the Catamount ski mountain. We serve food inspired by the Alps and the mountains around us in our gorgeous Tavern and Dining Room.
We're looking for staff with positivity, motivation, an eagerness to learn, and a true excitement about food, drink and hospitality. Full and Part time availability both welcomed! Flexible scheduling available.
Ideally, candidates should have some experience working in upscale casual restaurants, as well as some wine, beer & cocktail knowledge. We are committed to providing ongoing training and learning opportunities, so don't hesitate to apply if you are willing to learn!
Servers will be expected be able to
- learn & communicate the in's and out's of our menus
- interact with guests in a genuinely positive and enthusiastic manner
- work with your team to foster a welcoming atmosphere for everyone at the Little Cat Lodge.

You will receive a base hourly salary, plus tips. Healthcare, Vision & Dental benefits available to full time employees. PTO, employee discounts, and a daily "family meal" are provided to all employees.
