Sephora Operations Consultant

  • Client Experience

- Proactively approaches clients in friendly, non-aggressive manner to determine how they can best help find a product or service and close a sale

- Actively listens to client issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems and deliver an outstanding experience

  • Animations and Updates

- In partnership with Beauty Leader leads animation sets, according to Vision Guide and Core Standard, merchandise updates, and submits Hotline Online requests for missing or damaged items

  • Operational Processes

- In partnership with Beauty Leader leads merchandise processes, including return to warehouse, markdowns, replenishment, pricing, animations, updates, NFR ordering, and inventory accuracy

- Ensures all deadlines are met

  • Stockroom Activities

- Organizes, cleans and maintains stockroom according to Core Standards to ensure safe work environment and enable efficient execution of merchandise and replenishment activities

  • Company Programs

- Participates in and represent company programs that positively impact the business

- Offers Beauty Insider to all clients

  • Learning Environment

- Accesses training materials to learn new products and techniques to stay up to date for the client

- Seeks out and absorbs knowledge of products from team members to deliver a memorable and lasting experience with clients

  • Performance Standards

- Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and service sales, client service, profit, productivity, and attendance
